Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs, creating personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and preferences.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client situations, utilizing platforms that prioritize confidentiality and security.
• Partner with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals and continuously monitor progress, providing encouragement and guidance throughout the treatment process.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits
