Work Environment\n

The position is structured as a full-time job with a fixed schedule, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. While this role is primarily remote, you will be collaborating closely with colleagues in our outpatient office in Jamestown. We utilize the latest telehealth technology to deliver sessions, ensuring that our team remains connected and coordinated while providing care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver ongoing outpatient therapy services to individuals, families, and groups. Your practice will be guided by evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to meet diverse client needs.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans that incorporate best practices and therapeutic techniques based on client assessments and feedback.

• Build and nurture strong therapeutic relationships with clients, helping them engage with their treatment goals. Facilitate dialogues that support their healing processes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with best practices and organizational policies, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system for optimal management of client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed mental health counselor, your work will largely involve engaging with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults, coping with various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, family issues, and other mental health disorders. You will play a key role in supporting clients through evidence-based treatments and providing them with a safe space to share their concerns.

Qualifications\n

• A current New York State license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• A bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health discipline; a master’s degree is required for licensure.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and to build rapport with clients.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy services effectively.

• Experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) software for documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
