Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health to develop effective, individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapy in one-on-one settings, utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or whatever best suits the client’s needs.

• Set realistic therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and continuously monitor their progress to ensure meaningful outcomes.

• Utilize teletherapy technology to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring access to care for clients with travel or mobility challenges.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress while adhering to ethical and legal standards.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices and therapies in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists of individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. We approach each client as a whole person, recognizing their unique experiences and backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid California state license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
\n
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
\n
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to therapy, fostering trusting therapeutic relationships.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage a varied caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience in outpatient therapy settings, preferably with diverse populations.

• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and scheduling.
\n
• Knowledge of telehealth practices and technologies is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, depending on experience and caseload. In addition, we provide:
