Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a trusting and positive rapport with patients, ensuring they feel safe and supported in their therapeutic journey.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose a wide range of mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations.

• Monitor patient progress through regular sessions, communications, and amended therapies based on evolving needs, ensuring each patient's goals are prioritized.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe space for participants to share their experiences and learn from one another.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver effective interventions, offering helpful resources and referrals to specialists when appropriate.

• Serve as a supportive crisis intervention provider, with a focus on immediate assessment and treatment of emotional and psychological distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal LCSW will engage with a diverse range of clients, including but not limited to children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will address various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a closely related field is required.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
