Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on clients receiving hospice care, who may be facing terminal illnesses and require psychosocial support. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current LCSW licensure in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
