Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for individuals striving for substance abuse recovery, ensuring tailored treatment plans based on best practices.

• Design and implement therapeutic interventions including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, specifically geared towards substance abuse treatment.

• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and the treatment team to ensure integrated care that meets the physical and emotional needs of patients.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

• Engage patients and their families through educational sessions that focus on understanding mental health challenges and available resources.

• Stay abreast of the latest research in behavioral health and substance use disorders, continuously integrating new methodologies into clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with patients within the hospice care setting, many of whom are facing complex emotional and psychological challenges related to substance use in conjunction with terminal illnesses. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid LCSW license in the state of California is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary structure ranging from USD 60,000 to 130,000 annually, based on experience and full-time or part-time status.
