Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical intakes and assessments to understand clients’ needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic services via secure, HIPAA-compliant video platforms, including individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based techniques.

• Maintain high standards of documentation by utilizing our intuitive electronic health record (EHR) system to track client progress, sessions, and treatment outcomes.

• Engage in regular virtual consultations to discuss case management and receive peer feedback, enhancing your clinical approach.

• Manage a caseload that aligns with your interests, allowing for personalized focus and optimizing your impact on client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW with Mentalis Health and Wellness, you will primarily serve clients coping with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Our client base often includes individuals from diverse backgrounds, necessitating cultural competence and an understanding of unique client needs, particularly in marginalized communities. Your role will be pivotal in advocating for equitable access to mental health services, especially for those in hospice care settings.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active LCSW license issued by the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, preferably in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings.

• Proficient in using teletherapy platforms and electronic health records, with a good comfort level in engaging with technology.

• A strong ethical foundation and self-motivation, showcasing clinical judgment and decision-making skills.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing trauma-informed care and working with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ populations.

• A proactive approach to seeing 15 or more clients weekly, with options for case management flexibility.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 annually, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance. You will have the flexibility to tailor your working hours within a Monday to Friday schedule, from 9 AM to 5 PM.
