Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing therapists to work in a comfortable setting while maintaining a work-life balance. The telehealth practice provides flexible options for both clinicians and patients and aids in reaching individuals in need of care regardless of their geographical location. While our core hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility may be required to accommodate patient schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that address common struggles related to mental health, offering participants a sense of community and support.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care approaches for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention services and emergency mental health support to patients in acute distress.

• Educate patients on mental health issues, treatment pathways, and available community resources to encourage informed decision-making and independence.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards to protect patient information.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an attractive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
