Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their unique needs and preferences, while incorporating evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Implement effective therapy interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide ongoing education and resources to clients and their families, ensuring they have access to the necessary tools for coping with mood disorders.

• Monitor client progress throughout the treatment journey, modifying treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Clinical Mental Health Therapist will primarily work with individuals dealing with various mood disorders. These clients may range in age from adolescents to adults, presenting a spectrum of challenges that require personalized approaches. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in Texas as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or psychologist.

• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based therapies for mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.

Preferred Experience\n
