Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Great Lake Behavioral Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions where clients can connect, share their experiences, and support one another through structured discussions and therapeutic exercises.

• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized, empathetic therapy, helping clients explore their thoughts and feelings while developing effective coping strategies and action plans tailored to their needs.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans, ensuring they align with their unique preferences and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Assess and track client progress utilizing various assessment tools and feedback methods, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A valid LPC license to practice in Texas.
