Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based strategies.

• Deliver a range of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, tailored to individual or group settings.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records and documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards, while also utilizing relevant digital health management tools.

• Engage in regular collaboration with fellow team members, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and social workers, to ensure holistic client care and continuity of services.

• Provide ongoing support and therapeutic interventions for clients, employing various techniques suited to their needs, while also facilitating workshops that promote community education.

• Participate in continuous learning opportunities including training sessions and workshops to remain updated with the latest practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse demographic of clients ranging from children to elderly adults, addressing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, trauma-related conditions, and family dynamics. Our clients come from varied backgrounds, providing LPCs with the rich experience of working with multifaceted cultural perspectives.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• State licensure as an LPC that is active and unrestricted, confirming eligibility to practice in Texas.

• At least two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting, demonstrating a commitment to high-quality mental health care.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering trust and rapport with a varied clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of $70,000 – $110,000, based on experience and qualifications, alongside potential bonuses that recognize exceptional performance.
