Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will contribute to our young adult outpatient treatment center by:

• Facilitating group therapy sessions that foster connection, vulnerability, and mutual support among peers.

• Providing individualized therapy that tailors interventions to meet clients' unique needs, guiding them through their thoughts and behaviors.

• Collaborating with clients to develop personalized treatment plans focused on their goals and aspirations, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Monitoring client progress through various assessment tools and maintaining detailed records of treatment outcomes.

• Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and other therapists, to coordinate comprehensive care and share insights on challenging cases.

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, supporting them through a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess:
