Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address various mental health concerns.

• Document therapy sessions and client progress in an electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active and valid state-issued license as a clinical social worker (LCSW), professional counselor (LPC), or marriage and family therapist (LMFT).

• Two or more years of direct experience providing clinical therapy services to adults and young adults.
\n
• Proficient in conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Strong written communication skills for effective documentation and record-keeping.
