Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive and trusting rapport with patients through empathetic listening and professional support.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, using DSM-5 criteria and evidence-based practices.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and systemic therapies.

• Lead engaging counseling sessions for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques to promote healing and resilience.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress through assessments and adjust treatment plans based on their evolving needs and responses.

• Act as a liaison by referring clients to additional specialists, resources, or support services as necessary to ensure comprehensive care.

In this role, you will provide services to a diverse clientele, including children, teens, and adult individuals. Many clients seek assistance with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active State license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
