Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify the needs of patients and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient’s needs, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational groups and support sessions that foster community and mutual understanding among participants, addressing common mental health concerns.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring a comprehensive approach to each patient's care.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, expertly managing mental health emergencies to ensure patient safety and well-being.

• Educate patients about their mental health challenges, available treatment options, and community resources that can support their recovery.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for data entry and record-keeping.

• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings, sharing insights and strategies for improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n
