Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify physical limitations and respective goals.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing contemporary rehabilitation protocols.
• Administer therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, and exercise training.
• Document patient progress to ensure effective outcomes and modify treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare providers, including physicians, occupational therapists, and sports trainers, to deliver coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and lifestyle modifications to maintain mobility and prevent further injury.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy License in the state of Florida or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field. A Master's in Physical Therapy is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and commitment to tracking clinical progress effectively.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting, preferably working with a diverse patient group.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems for documentation and patient management.
• Familiarity with current physical therapy techniques and practices, staying updated with industry trends.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000–100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes:
