Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients to ascertain their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Conduct sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, guiding clients on their mental health journeys.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records while adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Continuously engage in professional development activities and stay abreast of the latest research in the mental health field.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, based on the size of your caseload.
