Commercial AI Administrator The Commercial AI Administrator is a mission‑critical contributor to Vida's full sales cycle. You will support Sales, Sales Operations, Proposals, and Marketing by managing and optimizing a commercial content ecosystem designed for both human and AI‑assisted workflows (e.g., Claude, Gemini). The ideal candidate thinks in systems, collaborates effectively across functions such as Finance, Product, and Analytics, and has a demonstrated ability to organize large sets of qualitative and quantitative information in support of benchmarking and proposal development.
