Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to inform tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Craft and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based approaches and adhering closely to best practices in mental health care.

• Engage in active communication with interdisciplinary team members to assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, promoting integrated care.

• Deliver timely documentation of assessment and treatment progress, ensuring adherence to ethical and departmental standards.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, who present an array of psychological challenges. Your role will be critical in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, providing support for conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal issues. Qualifications\n
