Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, leading to accurate clinical diagnoses and the formulation of tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices customized to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
