Role Overview Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 2for Xavier University located in New Orleans, LA. The Executive Chef will be a dynamic team player with a strong background in managing frontline staff and developing teams in a culinary environment. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. What You'll Do implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures for Campus be responsible for food, physical safety, and annual training for all hourly associates manage, direct, and mentor frontline staff procurement and purchasing create menus based on client needs implement innovative and fresh ideas in retail, catering, and dining services create interpersonal relationships with clients What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
