Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing mental health crises, including assessment, individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailored to their specific needs.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that identify client goals, and facilitate access to necessary linked services with multidisciplinary teams.

• Conduct evidence-based assessments, screenings, and crisis interventions to ensure immediate and appropriate support is offered to clients.

• Maintain effective communication with clients, their families, and other healthcare providers to exchange vital information, fostering a comprehensive approach to care.

• Track and manage a caseload, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to treatment protocols and clients' requests.

• Take part in quality improvement initiatives and committees, contributing to the enhancement of service delivery processes.

• Provide on-call support as required during and after program hours to address urgent client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Altitude Mental Health Care values the contributions of our staff and offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 – $90,000 annually.
