Our client is a beloved, founder-led designer accessories brand in serious growth mode. They’re hiring a Social Media Manager to lead the editorial direction of their social platforms — developing concepts, curating content, shaping the brand voice, and bringing a joyful, colorful creative world to life across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.

The Role

• Own the brand’s tone, copy, and storytelling across all social channels
\n
• Capture and edit short-form content (Reels/TikTok) with a strong visual POV
\n
• Develop social-first concepts for product launches and brand moments
\n
• Curate UGC and brand-adjacent content; manage a daily/weekly content calendar
\n
• Assist on photoshoots and content capture days — shot lists, BTS, on-set support
\n
• Monitor community engagement and adapt trends to the brand in an authentic way
\n
• Track performance and share insights with Marketing and Ecommerce
\n

Who You Are

\n
• 5+ years in social media, editorial, content, or digital storytelling
\n
• Fashion, jewelry, beauty, lifestyle, or editorial background strongly preferred
\n
• A strong editor — visually and verbally — with a clear point of view and taste level
\n
• Proficient in iPhone content creation and Reels/TikTok editing (CapCut preferred)
\n
• Culturally plugged in; understands trends without chasing them
\n
• Thrives in a founder-led environment where things move fast and creativity comes first
\n
• Hands-on — no job is too big or small
\n
