Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat, using evidence-based practices to enhance their mental health.
• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions and experiences, leading to greater self-awareness and insight into their relationships.
• Act as an advocate for your clients, empowering them to establish and achieve personal goals that foster growth and stability.
• Thoroughly assess clients’ mental health conditions, developing customized treatment plans informed by your clinical expertise and best practices.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of each client's progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve are primarily stable adults with low acuity mental health concerns. All clients are carefully screened prior to initiating services to ensure they are suitable for remote counseling. Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• A valid, unrestricted state license to practice independently, such as:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No provisional or limited licenses, with a clean disciplinary record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate demeanor.
• Proficiency in using technology for virtual counseling and documentation.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth counseling and a strong background in solution-focused therapy may find this position particularly fulfilling. Previous experience working with diverse populations in outpatient settings is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
