Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients’ mental health status, needs, and preferences.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with the individual goals of each client based on evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients, employing solution-focused therapeutic approaches to foster resilience and coping skills.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to ensure accessibility and convenience for clients, maintaining high standards of confidentiality and client engagement.
• Respond to crisis situations by offering immediate intervention and support, demonstrating acute clinical judgment and flexibility.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to remain current with the latest trends, techniques, and regulatory standards in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients encompass a diverse demographic, including those facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various life transitions. Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enhancing the therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Effective organizational and time-management abilities to maintain consistent client care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth delivery, which is particularly valuable in our remote work setting.
• Proven effectiveness in working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competence in therapy practices.
• A background in crisis management and intervention is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

Serene Souls Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseloads.
