Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be entrusted with a variety of essential duties aimed at delivering high-quality mental health services:

• Maintain effective communication with supervisors, colleagues, and clients' support systems to monitor progress and facilitate treatment adjustments.

• Prepare detailed progress notes on a monthly and quarterly basis to document client development and outcomes.

• Organize training outreach for staff on implementation of treatment plans and documentation requirements, ensuring consistency across the board.
