Key Responsibilities\n

• Execute thorough intake assessments to understand patients' needs and establish treatment goals.

• Provide engaging, evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions in a telehealth format, utilizing therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's needs.

• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and support staff, to coordinate patient care effectively.

• Maintain up-to-date electronic health records using our designated medical record systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving a diverse range of clients, including adults undergoing mental health crises, children facing behavioral issues, and families managing relational conflicts. Your ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with individuals from varied backgrounds will be essential for fostering trust and enabling successful therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice in the state of California, such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling to individuals with emotional or psychological difficulties.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to form positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
