Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services via secure online platforms, taking into account the individual preferences and characteristics of each client.

• Collaborate closely with clients to establish therapeutic goals and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout their treatment journey.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to meet clients' needs, incorporating methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques as appropriate.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, client interactions, and treatment progress to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adult clients who exhibit a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma-related disorders. Our focus is on providing empathetic and compassionate support to help clients navigate their emotional experiences and work towards positive mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and create a strong therapeutic connection with clients remotely.

• A demonstrated capacity for empathy, compassion, and understanding in addressing clients' unique experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage therapy sessions and documentation in a remote setting.
