Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's needs.

• Facilitate consultations to create effective pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, including behavior guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment strategies.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation complying with regulatory standards and internal policies.
\n
• Collaborate with clinical teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that promote client success and growth.
\n
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the highest standards of care.
\n
• Serve as a liaison with state agencies, community partners, and other services to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
\n
• Maintain effective communication within the agency and with external stakeholders, promoting our mission and standards within the community.
\n
• Build and nurture relationships with various organizations to expand program outreach and secure partnership opportunities.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending conferences, workshops, and representing the agency at relevant meetings.
\n
• Embed the agency's mission, values, and philosophy in all counseling interactions to foster a unified approach to mental health care.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support clinic needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Rising Ground Wellness Center, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing emotional distress, substance use issues, and mental health challenges. Qualifications\n
