This role offers the flexibility of a remote working setting, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own home. We provide an innovative virtual platform equipped with tools designed for effective therapy delivery, including secure video sessions and digital documentation systems. Our full-time schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, fostering a work-life balance that is essential for both our therapists and clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions utilizing video conferencing tools to provide a comfortable and confidential environment for clients.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments, focusing on specific emotional and behavioral goals.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting therapeutic interventions as necessary to ensure efficacy and responsiveness to clients' needs.

• Educate clients on various coping strategies, mental health resources, and self-care techniques that promote well-being.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately, maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will predominantly involve working with a diverse patient population that may include individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and other mental health issues. You will help clients from various backgrounds, including families experiencing systemic issues and couples in crisis, ensuring that your therapeutic approaches are both culturally competent and tailored to each client's needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current LMFT licensure in the state of California is mandatory.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in therapy and treatment planning.

• Proficient in creating a trusting, empathetic therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on active listening.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
