Make a real impact as a Special Education Teacher supporting elementary-aged students in an ASD Setting 3 environment. This contract position offers you the chance to build meaningful connections while developing tailored learning plans for a small, manageable caseload of 6-8 students. Qualifications:

• Active Special Education (SPED) Licensure in Minnesota
• Valid Minnesota Teaching Certification
• Experience working with students on the autism spectrum preferred
• Proficient in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging instruction and interventions customized to meet each child’s learning needs
• Collaborate with paraeducators, therapists, and families to ensure an optimal learning environment
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation for all required student records and reports
• Foster a positive and structured classroom setting that promotes independence and self-advocacy
• Conduct assessments and develop measurable academic and behavioral goals

You’ll work Monday through Friday, investing 33.25 hours each week in your students’ growth and development.
