Step into a meaningful role as an Educational Support Professional (ESP/Paraprofessional) with immediate openings across a district-wide program. This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact, supporting K-12 students in various settings including 1:1 support, center-based, and resource programs. Key Qualifications:

• Valid state Paraprofessional Certification or ability to meet all state paraprofessional requirements
• Previous experience working with K-12 students, especially in 1:1 or specialized classroom settings, is strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with students, educators, and support staff
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in diverse settings across multiple programs
• Demonstrated ability to follow teacher and district guidelines, ensuring effective student support

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized or group support to students as directed by classroom teachers and special education staff
• Assist students with academic tasks, behavioral needs, and social-emotional development
• Help implement lesson plans, accommodations, and modifications within the classroom
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Maintain accurate records and communicate student progress to teachers and administration
• Collaborate effectively with educators, therapists, and families to reinforce learning objectives and student goals
