Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to establish individual treatment plans that cater to their unique mental health needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to facilitate effective counseling sessions.

• Deliver targeted therapy to diverse groups, including individuals, couples, and families, ensuring that all interactions are rooted in empathy and understanding.

• Document clinical progress accurately and ethically, maintaining adherence to relevant laws and moral standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve primarily consist of individuals and families with limited access to mental health resources. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
