Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient's unique trauma history, identifying suitable and effective treatment methods.

• Utilize trauma-focused therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to support patients effectively.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, aiding patients in processing trauma and developing essential coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care tailored to each patient's needs.

• Provide crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patients receive immediate support and care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
