Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing varied therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness techniques, to foster personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to create connections that foster trust with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients and their experiences.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a diverse caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, determined by your caseload and professional experience. In addition, our benefits package includes:
