Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices via telepsychiatry or face-to-face, based on client preference.
• Assess and develop treatment plans for clients presenting with a range of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, and interpersonal relationship challenges.
• Engage and build rapport with clients through effective communication and active listening skills.
• Utilize our well-established telehealth platform to navigate sessions seamlessly and access patient records.
• Process and document therapy notes in compliance with state regulations and clinic policies.
• Participate in ongoing staff training and supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in New York State as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and compassionate interactions with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working with diverse populations and providing treatment across the lifespan.

Compensation and Benefits

As a valued clinician in our organization, you will earn between USD 1,600 to 2,000 weekly based on session volume, making this position financially rewarding. Payments are structured on a per-session basis, with competitive rates ranging from $50 to $70 per hour for a standard 53-minute session. While this role is positioned as a 1099 independent contractor with no health benefits, our organizational structure supports your clinical work without the administrative burdens.
