Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments to understand the unique needs of new patients and their families.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions—both individual and family-focused—tailored to the identified needs of each patient.

• Manage timely completion of billing documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms to maintain efficient administrative processes.

• Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, and relapse prevention plans, as well as overall wellness strategies, to support patients’ continued functioning.

• Formulate discharge plans that ensure patients have the resources they need for ongoing success post-treatment.
\n
• Adhere strictly to all federal and state regulations, as well as organizational policies to ensure compliance and uphold quality standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training, mentorship, and educational opportunities that enhance your clinical skills.
\n
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings to collaborate with colleagues on best practices and patient care strategies.
\n
• Fulfill all licensure obligations and complete mandatory training sessions to remain updated in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse group of clients seeking mental health support for a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree required in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that meets licensure criteria.

• Current licensure as a mental health therapist in the state of Washington (LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
