Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet clients’ unique needs and backgrounds.

• Create and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect the specific goals and challenges of each client, thereby ensuring a personalized approach to mental health care.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client progress, including treatment summaries and progress notes, to comply with regulatory standards and contribute to continuity of care.

• Keep abreast of the latest evidence-based practices, interventions, and mental health research to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Develop a welcoming and supportive therapeutic environment that encourages open dialogue, healing, and personal growth for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adolescents and adults who may face a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. By building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families, therapists can empower individuals to improve coping strategies and achieve their personal goals for mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required, with a current active license in Pennsylvania (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).

• Solid understanding of mental health theories and practices, and the ability to apply this knowledge in client interactions.

• Proficient in client care protocols and clinical documentation best practices specific to mental health therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in providing therapy to individuals facing mental health or behavioral challenges, including familiarity with individual and group therapy methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to facilitate effective treatment plans for clients experiencing substance abuse issues or co-occurring disorders.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
