This position is entirely remote, providing flexibility and work-life balance for our counselors. Our operational hours extend from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, providing ample opportunity for counselors to tailor their hours to suit their personal and professional lives.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' histories and to identify personalized treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are specifically tailored toward trauma recovery and enhancing resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate client healing.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at processing trauma, enhancing coping mechanisms, and promoting emotional healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic, integrated approach to client care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support in trauma-related emergencies to assist clients in severe distress.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, coping strategies, and available community resources to foster a supportive network.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential electronic health records that comply with all legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing trainings to enhance trauma-informed care practices.

• Stay informed about the latest research, trends, and best practices in trauma therapy to apply innovative techniques in care.

Our patient population often includes those struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution, ensuring a strong foundational knowledge of mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year. In addition to a guaranteed base pay, our benefits include:
