This position is fully remote, utilizing telehealth capabilities to conduct therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide client-focused individual, group, and family therapy tailored to meet the needs of assigned patient populations.

• Conduct thorough family assessments and child counseling for clients who meet the established medical necessity and DSM V diagnostic criteria.

• Develop and facilitate psycho-educational groups and parenting classes aimed at equipping clients with essential coping strategies and skills.
\n
• Prepare comprehensive client case materials, program forms, and compile necessary statistical data to support treatment and organizational goals.

• Maintain meticulous records through timely charting and reporting, ensuring all documentation aligns with compliance standards and best practices.

• Meet contractual obligations by managing billing for a determined number of reimbursable hours per week to uphold service quality and organizational accountability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on serving children and their families who face various emotional and behavioral challenges. You will work closely with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions, providing them with the therapeutic support needed to navigate their circumstances and improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is essential.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required for this position.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in clinical social work or mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
