Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments, including initial evaluations and ongoing progress reviews, to inform treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement tailored therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, equipping clients with coping strategies and resources to manage acute distress.

• Participate in regular team meetings and consultations with multidisciplinary staff to ensure cohesive treatment planning and comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your important role as an LPC will involve working with a diverse array of clients, including those dealing with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
