Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you to work comfortably from anywhere while effectively connecting with clients through our secure telehealth platform. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial client assessments by scheduling comprehensive sessions to explore clients' goals, preferences, and options for treatment, resulting in personalized rehabilitation strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans that cater to the unique challenges and aspirations of each client, making adjustments as necessary to promote success throughout the treatment journey.

• Collaborate closely with a robust multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists, to integrate comprehensive care and ensure consistent progress towards client objectives.

• Maintain accurate and detailed case files that encompass personal data, eligibility information, insurance details, and comprehensive documentation of services rendered, fostering a clear therapeutic narrative.

• Continuously evaluate and document client progress to measure the effectiveness of interventions, making timely modifications when necessary to optimize outcomes.
\n
• Engage with clients during their involvement in job training and occupational placement programs, providing active support and addressing any challenges that arise.
\n
• Communicate effectively with clients’ family members and support networks to identify collaborative strategies that enhance the overall care experience.

• Conduct needs assessments and promptly document findings to ensure responsiveness to client needs.
\n
• Offer guidance and resource referrals to clients as necessary, enhancing their treatment pathways.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Divine Mind and Soul Therapy, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including those experiencing mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your experience is pivotal in supporting individuals from various backgrounds, ensuring they feel understood, valued, and empowered in their healing process.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marital and family therapy.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.
\n
• Proven experience in mental health treatment, particularly in managing cases related to mood disorders and other psychological conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
