Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide telehealth counseling services to clients through a variety of modalities, including video sessions, audio calls, and written communication via the platform’s secure features.

• Assess client needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions based on established best practices in mental health care.

• Document all client interactions and progress in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies, while maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will primarily consist of stable, low-acuity adults who may be experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship concerns, or grief. This focus on manageable cases allows you to build meaningful relationships with clients and provide effective support without the complexities often associated with higher acuity populations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Full and independent LPCC license granted in the state of California, with no disciplinary actions against the license.

• Strong technological proficiency, including reliable internet access, a working phone, and a PC or laptop (tablets are not supported).

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth services is preferred, with previous work in an outpatient counseling setting highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and clinical expertise.
