Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments, evaluating clients' trauma histories and identifying suitable treatment plans.

• Develop individualized treatment strategies focused on trauma recovery, utilizing modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process trauma, build resilience, and develop effective coping mechanisms.

• Respond to crisis situations with appropriate interventions, offering immediate support to clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.

• Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation reflects current treatment progress and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults and adolescents who have experienced various forms of trauma. This includes individuals suffering from PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
