Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work as a mental health therapist will directly impact a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including children, adults, and families from different backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• An accredited Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• Deep understanding of mental health disorders and proficient in implementing evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting mental health assessments and developing effective treatment plans.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy to a diverse population.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on building therapeutic alliances with clients.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of professional mental health counseling experience.

• Experience in a telehealth setting is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
