Key Responsibilities\n

As a member of the Somber Therapeutic Solutions team, you will work with a diverse clientele that reflects the rich multicultural fabric of Jackson Heights. Our clients include individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The role requires an understanding of cultural sensitivities and an ability to communicate effectively across various backgrounds to ensure inclusive therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 52,000 to USD 70,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
