Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized therapy strategies that effectively address their mental health challenges.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing a variety of methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, supporting the overall treatment and progress of each client.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards to ensure high-quality care and accountability.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay current on the latest advancements in mental health research and therapeutic approaches.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss case management, client progress, and collective initiatives for improving care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on serving individuals and families who may have limited access to mental health resources. This includes clients dealing with various mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards pertinent to mental health practice.

• Competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
