Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to gauge clients' mental health status and specific needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize both traditional therapeutic approaches and alternative modalities based on client preferences.

• Facilitate a mix of virtual counseling sessions tailored for individuals, couples, families, or groups, ensuring accessibility and engagement for all clients.

• Apply evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies, adapting techniques to meet individual client needs.

• Stay current with the latest research in mental health and actively integrate groundbreaking findings into your clinical practice.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with established professional standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care, coordinating with doctors, nurses, and other mental health specialists as needed.

Your primary focus will be on individuals affected by mental health challenges, spanning a wide range from anxiety and depression to more complex diagnoses. By providing them with psychological support, education, and therapeutic interventions, you will play a critical role in helping patients navigate their mental health journey, from diagnosis to treatment and beyond.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and valid Social Work License (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in accordance with state regulations.

• No history of medical malpractice claims, verified through a third-party check.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits\n
