Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients' mental and emotional well-being through telehealth platforms.

• Formulating appropriate treatment plans based on the clients' needs, issues, and goals after evaluating their initial assessments.

• Providing individual therapy sessions that address a wide array of mental health concerns, employing techniques derived from the Engagement, Assessment, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation model.

• Facilitating couples therapy to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and foster a healthier relationship dynamic between partners.
\n
• Regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans in conjunction with clients to reflect progress and any changes in their circumstances.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of client interactions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and case histories in electronic health record systems.
\n
• Participating in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic client care.
\n
• Providing crisis intervention and support during acute distress or emergencies, ensuring client safety at all times.
\n
• Staying informed about the latest research and best practices in marriage and family therapy to continually enhance care quality.

• Upholding the highest ethical standards and protecting client confidentiality throughout all interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will engage with a diverse client population at various life stages, including adolescents, adults, and couples. You will be working with clients facing a broad spectrum of challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship conflicts. Your expertise will guide them through their mental health journeys, providing essential support and resources tailored to their unique situations.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
