Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions aimed at providing support and fostering connections among clients facing similar mental health issues.
• Conduct Individual Therapy: Offer personalized and empathetic counseling to assist clients in exploring their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Help them develop actionable coping strategies and treatment goals.
• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that meet their unique needs, preferences, and aspirations.
• Monitor Client Progress: Track and assess clients' progress using various evaluation tools and obtain feedback to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with other professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and other therapists. Regularly coordinate care and offer consultative support on complex cases.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree: A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.
• Licensed Professional Counselor: Must possess a valid LPC licensure.
• Experience in Mental Health Treatment: Proven experience working with clients experiencing mental health challenges in residential or outpatient environments.
